• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC):

Hm999 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If a withdrawal exceeds a specified threshold, a copy of your national ID or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on hm999. Each bet is a binding agreement — once confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless hm999 cancels it on specific grounds.

• All bets must stay within the minimum and maximum bet limits.

Prohibited activities:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information.
• Using fraudulent tactics against other users.

Hm999 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are usually instant. In the event of a delay, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• The name on your account must match the name on your mobile banking account.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 and the maximum is BDT 50,000 per day.
